Beecher Mirage binoculars are designed with SPACE AGE TECHNOLOGY using mirrors and coated optics for superior field of view. The systems weigh about 3.5 ounces and are easily focused for distances from about seven feet to infinity.

Patients generally report better appearance of colors in TV viewing which we believe is due to the brightness of the system. Patients in the range of about 20/100 to 20/300 may benefit from the 4X system.

The height of the Beecher in front of the eyes can be adjusted by changing nose pad slot used.

This system comes with Near point caps ( 1 +4.00) and (1+ 5.00) to shift the focus to close distance. This works well on the computer screen. The caps must be used on one eye only, either the +4.00 or +5.00, not both eyes!
